Terms of use of online shop

Online shop operates on guest checkout basis, no registration is required.
After purchasing an LP you do not acquire the right to publicly use the sound recording of that LP. Public or commercial use of sound recordings is regulated by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Lithuania.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Shipping procedure: goods are delivered via Lithuanian Post and LP Express terminals. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The following shipping options are available (for 1–2 vinyl records; in case of a larger quantity the amount increases proportionally) if: shipping to an address in Lithuania – 2,5 EUR, sending to LP Express terminal in Lithuania – 2,5 EUR, shipping to EU member countries – 6,50 EUR; shipping to other countries – 8 EUR. These rates are effective as of 16^th of February 2021; should they change – this information will be updated. For the purchase and shipping of a larger number of goods please contact us by e-mail orders@operomanija.lt.
The goods are sent in accordance with custom delivery times of Lithuanian Post. Shipping duration might be affected by the seasonal load of the postal office.
The goods can be collected in Vilnius free of charge (subject to prior agreement regarding time and place of collection).
All orders are packed in special packages to ensure safe transportation.
The following payment methods are accepted at online shop: debit or credit Visa / Mastercard cards and Paypal.

Buyers can return or replace received goods when:

wrong goods were shipped or the order is incomplete;
the goods are defective or there are obvious traces of transportation damage (in this case the buyer has to prove the incurred losses, identify specific damage and present a photographic proof thereof to orders@operomanija.lt);
it turns out that the sound quality of vinyl record is distorted without traces of external damage (in such case the buyer should return the product for inspection, return shipment cost is non-refundable).
Return or exchange of defective goods is possible within 14 calendar days following the receipt.

Partial refund

In the event certain quantity of goods arrived in unsatisfactory condition, partial refund is possible upon individual agreement.

Return, exchange and refund policy and changes to these terms and conditions

This return, exchange and refund policy is effective as of 16^th of February 2021 and shall remain in force until any changes or updates that shall come into effect immediately after the policy update on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change the return, exchange and refund policy at any time. Placement of orders following any updates or changes to terms of the privacy policy constitutes the buyer’s acknowledgement and agreement to such policy changes.
In case of any material changes to the policy, they will be announced on our internet page.
